If you have carried out a development, operation or change of use (as defined by Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) without the benefit of planning permission, the Local Planning Authority may have contacted you requiring you to apply for planning permission to regularise the works undertaken.
If this is the case, we can review the details of the works carried out to ascertain what planning permission will be required and can apply for this on your behalf.
If you have been served an enforcement notice by the Local Planning Authority for unauthorised works, we can review the enforcement notice and advise on the grounds for appeal. If an appeal is required, this has to be lodged before the deadline detailed on the enforcement notice. If you require further information on appeals, please refer to our ‘Planning Appeals’ section under the services tab.
