We understand how confusing the planning system can be and are here to guide you through the process. Our chartered town planners can provide planning advice for a variety of developments.

With 10+ years planning experience in private consultancy our director Lindsey Sproulle, who is a chartered member of the RTPI (Royal Town Planning Insititute), offers a wealth of experience in relation to both larger scale and smaller scale developments. This includes healthcare, education, leisure, industrial, residential and agricultural, having obtained numerous planning permissions across England and Wales.

Lindsey also has an impressive background with previous and current experience working as a Director in the Construction Industry. Her understanding of the build process, survey requirements and impacts of time delays on build programmes stands her apart from other consultants.

Lindsey Sproulle is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), the UK’s leading professional body for planning practitioners. Chartered status recognises a high level of professional competence, experience and adherence to the RTPI Code of Professional Conduct, providing clients with confidence that advice is delivered to recognised industry standards.
