We offer a professional service, including undertaking initial site visits, preparing and submitting planning applications and liaising with applicants, stakeholders, third-party organisations and Local Planning Authority case officers both prior to and during the planning process. We will also attend planning committees if required to speak on your behalf.
Following any grant of planning permission, we also offer services for discharging, varying or removing conditions applied to permissions, as well as amending applications if required.
We can provide advice on reports and survey requirements, and if required, we can assist in managing these consultants on your behalf to take the pressure off you.
