If you are preparing your own planning application but require a Planning Statement to accompany the application, we can also provide this. We will review your proposals, undertake planning history searches and review planning policies and designations. We will use this information along with any supporting reports to highlight the benefits of the proposal. Where the proposals are not fully compliant with policy, we will look at other material circumstances that can be utilised to tilt the planning balance in favour of development.
